How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online using the booking page, or get in touch by email or phone if you’d prefer to ask any questions before booking.
Do I need to pay in advance?
If you book your appointment online, payment is taken at the time of booking.
If you prefer to book via email or phone, payment can be made at your appointment.
I accept cash and card payments, and kindly request bank transfer for packages of treatments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the appointment can be offered to another patient.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full session fee.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — if you need to change your appointment, simply get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you’re running late, please let me know, via WhatsApp, when you can.
I’ll always do my best to offer as much treatment time as possible, though in some cases sessions may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other patients.
Are courses of treatment available?
Yes — for some conditions and facial acupuncture, courses of treatments may be recommended and can be discussed during your appointment. Packages of 6 are available with a 10% discount.
